Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 72.2C final rinse temperature.
Prep coolers and stand-up cooler measured at 4C. Chest freezers measured at -18C. Rice cooker at the front and miso soup hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher.
Stand-up coolers and chest freezers in the front of house measured at 4C and -18C.

Overall sanitation underneath equipment and exhaust hood vents in sanitary condition.
