Observation: Rodent activity observed at facility. Rodent droppings observed in various locations.

Corrective Action(s): Follow recommendations advised by Pest Control Company Technician. Insist that Pest Control Technician leaves a report at each visit. Report should outline the service provided and recommendations for business going forward.

Observation: Back door has large gap along bottom. The door is also not tight fitting.

Corrective Action(s): - Ensure all exterior doors are tight fitting: front, rear screen door and rear fire door. The doors must be tight fitting to prevent entry of pests. Magnet should be positioned on bottom portion as discussed to ensure door closes and is tight fitting.
- Inspect facility for points of entry for pests. Seal any holes.
- Follow recommendations advised by Pest Control Company Technician.
- Have traps set at back exterior door; at both sides of door as there is high activity on either side of exterior door.

Observation: Rodent droppings found in the following locations:
- Front sushi area lower shelf and behind cooler unit
- Staff washroom
- Behind hot water tank
- In storage room (floor and lower shelves)
- Kitchen floor and some lower shelves.

Clean interior of ice machine as mould has accumulated.

Corrective Action(s): Remove all dishes and equipment from lower shelves until rodent infestation is eliminated.
Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area.
