Observation: 1) The soda dispenser at the drive thru window is still not functioning.
2) The soda dispenser at the POS/serving area is still leaking. The manager stated that two new soda dispensers have been ordered and are waiting for shipment.
Corrective Action(s): Once you have received the new soda dispensers and have installed them, please contact the health inspector.

Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-ASJUKR.

- All cold potentially hazardous food items are stored in coolers at < 4C.
- Surface sanitizer available in red bucket with presoaked wiping cloths at 200 ppm Quat solution.
- Cup holders adjacent to the soda dispenser are no longer being used to stored single use cups. Single use cups are stored near the serving table.
- The sanitizing compartment of the three compartment sink is kept clear. Only clean plates and utensils for sanitizing purpose are stored inside.
- The mug washer is now being used for only mugs and cups as per the Corporate Sanitation Plan. Please manually wash utensils, plates, and equipment in the three compartment sink.
- General sanitation has improved. Follow your regular daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedule.
