Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted.
Hand delivered new health permit.
All cooler units at 4C or below
Hot holding of food products were at least 60C internally.
Freezer units at -12C. Ensure units are able to keep frozen foods less than or equal to -18C.
2 compartment sink and hand washing stations satisfactory.
Quats dispenser was at 400ppm. Ensure quats concentration is between 200ppm to 400ppm.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
General sanitation has improved from previous inspections especially behind, underneath, and between cooking units and cooler units.
No cockroach activity noted on glue traps place in the food preparation area and front serving area.
