b) Cooler underneath the oven had an ambient temperature of 8-10 C. All food is to be kept in the walk-in cooler instead.
Corrective Action(s): Fix as soon as possible. Follow up inspection required.

Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
