Premises built as per plan. - Coolers 4C or colder; thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked w/liquid soap, paper towels and running hot + cold water. - High temp. dishwasher had rinse cycle temp of 79.9C at plates surface as per max/min thermometer. - All surfaces are smooth, durable, level, sealed + cleanable - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles had [cl2] of 200ppm. - FSP + SP approved.
