bubble tea tapioca pearls - stored at room temperature following two hour holding, timer provided. Wiping rags in use stored in dilute bleach sanitizer solution. New drinking water jugs provided - ensure jugs are cleaned and sanitized daily. Bulk sugar stored in covered, pest proof container. Required premise cleaning completed. Damaged plastic containers discarded. Coke cooler replaced. New thermometer provided for new cooler.
