Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted.

- Ice-machine had been cleaned and sanitized. Ensure the ice-machine is routinely cleaned and inspected to maintain sanitation.
- 200 ppm chlorine residual sanitizer was available in all food preparation areas.
- Both hand washing sinks were equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
- General sanitation has significantly improved since the last inspection. Some hard to reach areas (behind ice-machine, under sinks, etc.) still require attention.

Signature not required due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
