Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer temperature is adequate. Products are in frozen state. QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips. 3 comp sink available and fully equipped for manual dishwashing. Additional storage room inspected - no issues found. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Huge improvement noted regarding cockroach activity. Weekly pest control in place.
