Observation: Cockroach obseved in glue traps. Bi-weekly pest control company contracted for cockroach remedation. Recent pest report noted cockroach activity in the kitchen. Gel was applied. Observed excessive cardboard boxes on floor, food debris underneath hard to reach areas.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to contract out pest control company for remediation. Ensure to eliminate standing water, clean food debris under neath hard to reach areas, and remove accumulation of cardboard boxes. Corrected by: Today.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Paper towel dispenser observed to be in operational condition and FOODSAFE Level 1 certified staff on-site which was noted in report#JCHY-CD8R3G.
QUATs dispenser and sanitizer spray bottle at the back kitchen measured at 200ppm. QUATs test strips available. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
Prep coolers, under counter cooler, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs were not recorded today.

NOTE: Ensure to have photocopies of all staff FOODSAFE LEvel 1 on-site for inspector to validate compliance. Ensure to follow facility's Sanitation Plan on cleaning and sanitizing of premises to prevent pest harbourage.
