Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was measured at 50ppm. Bleach sanitizer available but not diluted yet.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to separate the two types of sanitizer. 200ppm required for Quats and 100ppm bleach (1 teaspoon bleach to 1 litre water). Obtain test strips to verify strength.
