Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in the kitchen lacked papertowel. Operator provided paper towel at the time of inspection. Hand washing stations are to be supplied with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.

Observation: Slim and stain observed in the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Ice must be protected from potential contamination. Discard the remaining ice in the machine. Clean and sanitize all the surfaces in the machine.

Observation: Accumulation of dirt and food debris observed under equipment through-out the premises. Equipment surfaces have grease and dust build up on them.
Faucets observed to be soiled.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the kitchen, underneath equipment and all surfaces. Re-organize the kitchen and separate personal items from the food prep area.
Wipe down the faucet knobs and handles. Ensure they are free of grease.

Routine inspection

- All coolers are at or below 4C. Food is to be covered inside the coolers.
Reminder: Food in the upright fridges observed to be uncovered. Food is to be covered then placed in the cooling units. Ensure cooked food are placed above raw/uncooked food in covered containers.
- Freezers are at or below -18C.
- Grill exhaust observed to be clean and free of grease.
- Low-Temp dishwasher final rinse water measured at 50-100 ppm chlorine at the dish surface.
- Dry storage is to be organized and items that are not needed are to be removed from the premises.
- Please ensure all none food related items are kept separated from food items. Organizing food storage at the back room was discussed with the operator. Remove all unnecessary items from the premises.
- Customer washrooms are clean and well maintained.
- No obvious sign of pest activity was observed at this date.
- Health permit is posted.
