Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Refer to #308
-Several vegetables in inserts of display cooler measured to be at 17-19 C. A few inserts had ice bath underneath, others did not. Staff explained that the display cooler is broken and a technician was contacted for repair. Until then, ice bath is used but for those inserts without ice baths, it is because they do not have enough inserts to have ice baths. Those inserts without ice baths had been at room temperature since 7 AM.
Corrective Action(s): Required staff to discard all food items in the inserts without ice baths. All items to remain at 4 C or lower. Staff/opeartor is to hold all items in the under counter cooler behind the broken display cooler and smaller portions to be held at inserts at display cooler for less than 2 hours accumulative. Time stamps/timer is to be used to ensure that all items above 4 C is discarded after 2 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in the back area blocked with a tray due to cracked sanitizer bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Required staff to remove the tray and cracked sanitizer bottle as all hand washing stations must be available for use at all times

Observation: Front display cooler for vegetables is not in good working order. Staff stated that the owner called a technician for repair.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to replace/repair the cooler. Until then, all food items to be either removed or have ice bath at all times to ensure food items are held at 4 C or lower.

COVID-19
-Staff wearing masks at all times. No signs in the back working area reminding staff to maintain physical distancing. Mask requirement sign not available.
-Staff indicated that maximum 2 people working in the back but only during busy hours (lunch). Most of the time, there is only one staff.
-Sanitizer available for disinfection
