Paper based inspection Report #256699: *From sanitation complaint (MLUO-CGJP4E): All outstanding codes have been corrected. Plastic totes with lids now used to store food items in the dry storage that rodents may have access to. Portioned jams, peanut butter, etc. are now stored in bins. Back door (meeting/private room) has been temporarily sealed until a permanent door sweep/weather strip can be installed. Kitchen door monitored and scheduled to be sealed as well. *From routine inspection (MLUO-CGJP8V): All outstanding items were addressed. Walk-in cooler/ freezer now organized, food off the floor and foods covered. General sanitation has been improved. Deep clean scheduled for kitchen floor. Ecolab to provide more labels for spray bottles. Thank you for your effort and cooperation.
