Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Concentration of QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle and bucket both measured at 0 ppm.
Corrective Action(s):
Refill QUAT sanitizer in the spray bottle and bucket. Ensure to maintain a concentration of 200 ppm QUATs and measure using test strips.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation:
- No liquid soap in the dispenser at the back hand washing station. A refill jug of soap is available, however there is no pump or easy way to obtain the liquid soap without restrictions.
- No paper towels available in the dispenser at the back hand washing station. A roll of paper towels was provided to the EHO at the time of inspection.
- Paper towels not placed in a dispenser at the front hand washing station.
Corrective Action(s):
- Refill dispenser for liquid soap at the back hand washing station.
- Refill dispenser for paper towels at the back hand washing station.
- Place paper towels in a dispenser at the front hand washing station.

Ensure all hand washing stations are fully equipped with liquid soap in a dispenser, paper towels in a dispenser and hot/cold running water at all times.

Corrective Action(s):
Post the Permit to Operate from the Fraser Health Authority in an area where the public can see it. If you are not able to located the permit, then fill out a permit replacement form and pay the appropriate fee for a new permit.

Routine Inspection:

Front:
- Liquid soap and hot/cold running water available at hand washing station. Paper towels to be placed in a dispenser (see violation above).
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Prep cooler, cooler drawers and beverages cooler maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Freezer temperature satisfactory.
Hot holding for rice maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.

Back:
- Hot/cold running water available at hand washing station. Liquid soap and paper towels to be refilled in dispensers (see violation above).
- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sink plugs available.
- Concentration of QUAT sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm.
- Walk-in cooler maintained at 4 degrees Celsius.
- Stand-up freezer temperature satisfactory.
- Food items stored off the floor.

Overall:
- Cleanliness satisfactory at the time of inspection.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
