Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Mice droppings were observed on the dishware above the food prep area.
Correction: Discard all food in affected areas.
Properly wash and sanitize all dishware, cutlery and food contact surfaces.

Follow-up inspection:
- All of the identified violations from the previous inspection ( dated March 17, 2022) have been addressed.
Following items have been corrected:
- Pest control efforts are working.
- All food contact surfaces have been washed,cleaned and disinfected.
- All Holes in the walls and possible mice entries have been patched.
- The premises has been de-cluttered and appeared to be organized at the time of this inspection. All food items and containers are now stored on shelves off the floor.
- Significant decline in mice droppings have been noticed.

Public Health Act: Closure Order dated March 17, 2022 is hereby rescinded subject to the following conditions:

1- Continue to monitor pest activity in the premises. Place more live traps and snap traps for mice control as discussed.
2. Place more glue traps in dishwashing area and behind/underneath coolers to monitor for roach activity.
2- Increase the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing the surfaces and floors to daily
3- Ensure no food and stagnant water is left on the floor, behind the equipment and in hard to reach spots. Ensure to clean the dishwasher strainer every night

The premises is subject to further inspections to monitor compliance with the Public Health Act order.
