- Walk-in cooler less than 4C, sandwich prep table less than 4C. Undercounter cooler 5-6C, ice built up in front of the fan.
- Thermometers are available in all coolers
- Walk-in freezer less than -18C
- Hot holding unit greater than 60C
- SAnitizer at the dispenser and in spray bottle is at 200ppm quats concentration
- Foodsafe verified
- Temperature logs are maintained
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
