- All hand washing stations were properly supplied with liquid soap and paper towels - Cleaning behind cooking equipment has been done - no food debris or grease build-up noted at this time. Please continue with weekly deep cleaning of this area. - Reminder to clean and sanitize cooler/freezer door handles throughout each day - Dishwasher has been replaced - OK. Low temperature chemical dishwasher; 100 ppm chlorine residual detected at dish surface after rinse cycle. - Walls behind dishwashing area are now covered with stainless steel backsplash/wall - Sinks and drain board/stainless steel counter beside dishwasher is also being replaced soon. Ensure two-compartment sink is still available. Thank you
