Observation: 1) Dry storage room - bowls observed in storage bins, scoops stored with handles in contact with food.
2) Walk-in cooler - few uncovered foods (i.e. chicken, patties, seafood) observed.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all scoops are stored in a manner that the handles are not in direct contact with food. Do not use bowls as scoops.
Ensure all foods are properly covered with food grade materials to protect them from contamination at all times.

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water throughout (kitchen/bar).
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C, except mentioned above; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Thermometers available.
-High temperature dishwasher (Conveyor type) achieved 74.7'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 84'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-200ppm Quats available in spray bottles throughout. Ensure to have the bottles labelled as 'sanitizer'.
-Drink dispensing guns/holders maintained in sanitary condition. Guns washed/sanitized every night. Holders is washed/sanitized weekly.
-Bar glasswasher achieved minimum level of iodine >12.5ppm at final rinse.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Professional pest control company contracted for regular visits.
-Washroom handsinks satisfactory. Staff washroom handsinks satisfactory.

General sanitation of the facility very good throughout.

NOTE: One of the warmer drawer door requires a repair.
