Dishwasher parts have been upgraded. Dish washer final rinse was tested to be at 71.0C at the plate using thermo labels and min/max thermo probes. However, first initial attempts of testing the dish washer indicated 68.9C at the plate using all three testing equipment. After waiting a minute, the temperature of the dishwasher reached the required level. Operator is to keep monitoring and trouble shoot dishwasher when required. Ensure the dishwasher can achieve at least 71C at the plate consistently throughout the busiest times. Previous corrections completed. Walk in cooler has been cleaned thoroughly as ordered.
