Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One pair of tongs was stored in a container of sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure tongs and any other utensil are not stored in sanitizer as there is a risk of contaminating food with it. All equipment must undergo an air dry step after sanitizing.

- Underneath and on the sides of the appliances at the cooking line
- Inside stand-up freezer at the cooking line

- Glasswasher is available. 25 ppm iodine residual detected.
- EcoLab Smartpower Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer is available (Active ingredient: DDBSA and lactic acid). 272 - 700 ppm detected using operator's test strips.
- Dry storage areas are maintained
- No signs of pests observed
