Observation: Several fluorescent light fixtures in kitchen not working.
Replace faucet at 2 compartment sink so that it can reach the second sink
Install liquid soap and paper towel dispenser at the second sink as this will be the dedicated hand wash station.
Corrective Action(s): Replace burned out fluorescent lights to ensure food preparation surfaces are properly illuminated.

*Monitoring logs not being maintained. Ensure logs are recorded daily as per you food safety plan. This would include your dishwasher data.
*Dishwasher wash temperature at 115F. Water temperature from the hot water tap at hand sink is substantially hotter. Have technician check piping to ensure the hot water is not mixing with cold prior to entering the dishwasher
Dishwasher sanitizer at approx. 80ppm in final rinse. Soap dispensed into wash cycle.
Glass cooler and sandwich prep cooler cold holding at <4c
Freezers cold holding at <-18c
Soup hot holding at >60c
