Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers at or below -18'C
- Hot-holding unit measured at >60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained - good!
- Thermometers available in all cold hold units
- General sanitation good during time of inspection
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in pails with wiping cloths measured at 200 ppm QUATS concentration
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 71.0'C
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- All food stored protected from potential contamination
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Ready-to-eat foods stored away from raw meat
- First-in-first-out method implemented. Time stamps available on prepared food containers
- FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent trained staff available on site during inspection
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms with hair nets
- Health permit posted in a conspicuous location
