Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front of the house hand sink is plugged and not draining waste water adequately. Repair required.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to repair front of the house hand washing sink so it can drain and allow staff to wash hands adeqautely. In the mean time use second available hand sink to wash hands during service. Repair of front sink required this week.

Observation: Staff on afternoon shift do not have FoodSafe Level 1 certification when Supervisor is away. Time of inspection at 3:30 pm. Operator states Supervisor is only here in the morning.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least one staff member on site must have FoodSafe Level 1 training. Ensure there is a FoodSafe certified staff for both morning shift and evening shift. This is a repeat infraction. Correction required in 2 months.
