ECO Lab QUATs dispenser and ECO Lab QUATs sanitizer buckets measured at 700ppm . Chlorine test strips available. Chlorine records well maintained.
Prep cooler, front of house condiment compartment, under counter cooler, and walk-cooler measured at 4C. Walk-freezer, ice cream freezer, under counter freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
Pest Control Company contracted monthly. Recent pest report (November 29, 2022) indicated no rodent activity inside the kitchen, exterior building, rodenticide eatten.
Ice-cream scoops are in a dipper wells. Dipper wells in good operations.
Ice bin and ice machine in sanitary condition. Exhaust hood vent in sanitary condition.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
