* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium; it was noted that staff were changing sanitizer bucket solution once we arrived for inspection
* Monitoring records were available and up to date
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Note: re-locate brooms/mops away from dishwasher area
* Note: one staff was seen drinking while at front counter and this is unsanitary practice; reminded supervisor to keep drinks in staff area to reduce risk of cross contamination
* Note: reminder to staff to wash hands more frequently between tasks, etc.
* Glass divider/partition was installed at coffee barista bar as per approved plans
