Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) No bleach sanitizer readily available. 2) Staff informed that rinsing step is required after sanitizing dishware.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Demonstrated to staff that 1/2 teaspoon to 1 litre water makes 100ppm chlorine. Test strips onsite shows varied color, may inquire supplier for alternative test strips. Label spray bottle and post mixing instruction with spoon for staffs to refer to. 2) Rinsing is not required after sanitizing step. Provided FHA two compartment warewashing sign to staff, please post by two compartment sinks.

Observation: Some cleaning required on the floor in hard to reach areas, including between ovens (heavy spider webs noted). Chest freezers are also noted to have lots of fallen berries and debris.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure deep cleaning is completed by follow up inspection.
