2nd follow-up inspection after closure Alot more droppings have been removed. Owner has tried to reorganize certain areas for better and easier cleaning. Plates are now stored in bins. Area by dishwashing area where there was exposed wood now refinished. Easily cleaned and waterproof surface noted. Domestic paper towel dispenser noted in washroom downstairs. Still outstanding: -->Droppings noted at unused bar (under sink), behind walk-in freezer (2 packets of poison noted), and on top shelving by condiments (fresh droppings) -->Provide light covers for lighting without covers -->Cleaning still required under stove, and ventilation exhaust system *Closure order rescinded. Facility is granted approval to re-open. Prior to re-opening tomorrow, remove all noted droppings. **Met with pest control technician at time of visit. Discussed plan of action to keep facility under control with mice issues. 2 blue doors must be replaced and mice can easily chew off old wood and door sweep must be added to door on top floor. In addition, owner must seal all holes mentioned by pest control technician. Correction order issued to replacement of blue doors and installment of door sweep.
