Observation: Walk-in cooler ceiling has a leak stains observed and stains on the floor directly under leak , water observed in light fixture. Food products potenially contaminated by leak.
Basement Ice machine requires cleaning and disinfecting, Ice scoop and holding bin heavily soiled
Corrective Action(s): Repair leak immediately, issue was identified at pre-opening inspection after renovation. At the time of inspection uncovered / unprotected products in the area of the leak discarded. Food products not be stored under identified area.
