Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2-door display STILL too warm -air temperatures showing 7-9 deg C. Internal temperature of olives been there overnight at 9 deg C.

Operator indicates the temperature in the mornings is correct at 2 deg C and had it serviced already
Corrective Action(s): Food temperature must ALWAYS be kept at or below 4 deg C.

Remove all the foods from the fridge into your Walk-in cooler.

Keep the fridge empty until I can test tomorrow. If the fridge cannot maintain cool temperatures even after servicing you will need to replace the unit
