- 2 handsinks in the facility. The handsink near the sandwich prep area was maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. The handsink near the drive-thru was not maintained with liquid soap and paper towel. Ensure all handsink are equipped properly at all times. - No QUAT concentration detected in all sanitizer buckets. It appears that the kink in the hose where sanitizer is dispensed prevents enough sanitizer solution to come through. Ensure that 200ppm QUAT sanitizer is dispensed at the dispense by using QUAT strip at the beginning of each shift - Temperatures of all refrigeration units were adequate - Ensure to switch ice bath frequently - No signs of pest activity - General sanitation is satisfactory
