All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. Walk in freezer is -21 degrees Celsius. Liquid soap and paper towel at hand sinks. Note: Hand sink has been unplugged and now draining adequately. Quat sanitizer measured 200 PPM residual. Hot holding of meatballs and chicken are now 60 degrees Celsius or hotter.
