Left pizza preparation cooler registered 5.5 degrees C at the time of inspection ( lunch rush?). Ensure that this cooler is maintained at 4 C or below. Pizza toppings cooler < 4 C. Walk-in cooler below 4 C. Upright freezer below -18 C. Beverage cooler < 4 C. Quats sanitizer in the spray bottles ( Avmor) tested 200 ppm. Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Temperature logs are up to date. General sanitation is excellent.
