Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CSZSVU: - Chopped vegetables no longer stored at room temperature. Additional cooler installed in the kitchen to accommodate vegetable toppings. - Daily temperature log available and kept up to date. All cooler and freezers properly labeled. - Door latch at the exterior walk in cooler fixed. The door is sealed properly. Walk in cooler temperature measured at 2C. - One additional cooking staff has been registered for FOODSAFE level 1 in September 2023. This will be verified during the next routine inspection.
