premise has some plumbing issue with 2 compartment sink faucet. leaking, requires repair. Building is very old and flooring is in questionable shape. concerns with rotting under floor but cannot definitively determine this. no other concerns at this time operator has kept premise clean with sanitizer available coolers and freezers are working properly sink has soap and paper towels lease is up for renewal in 5 months. owners do not know if they will renew.
