Observation: As back preparation area lacks designated hand washing sink the three compartment sink serves dual function as the hand sink as well as the dishwashing sink.
The faucet is missing from the three compartment sink and only the spray nozzle remains. The spray nozzle can not be used to wash hands as it requires one hand to hold the spray nozzle to operate it.
