Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon arrival of EHO lack of sanitizer solution at facility. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - staff member prepared sanitizer solution at 200 ppm Chlorine.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer solution is available for use throughout the day. Have wiping cloths utilizing sanitizer solution for counters and cutting boards.
Obtain testing strips for Chlorine at facility. Current testing strips expired 2018. Ensure staff are using testing strips when preparing sanitizer solution.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure spatial separation of fruit and flowers. Not all flowers are edible. Flowers should be stored on separate designated shelving unit or below all food items in cooler unit.

Observation: Rodent droppings found on floors and on lower shelf of centre island.

Corrective Action(s): Remove all dishes and equipment from lower shelves until rodent infestation is eliminated.
Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area.
Inspect facility for points of entry for pests. Seal any holes.
Obtain services of professional pest control company.
Have traps set.

Observation: Cold water faucet at three compartment sink is malfunctioning. EHO and staff unable to obtain cold water. Cold water available at all other sinks therefore is an issue with this sink only.
