NOTE: downstairs Walk-in freezer no longer in use -operator has ample freezer space with the multiple chest and stand-up freezers located there, in main kitchen and on the upper level dining area (cordoned off)

No hot holding at time of inspection

High temperature washer final rinse 74.8 deg C at plate level (after 15min warm up)
