Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Steam wands at barista bar have not been adequately sanitized. QUATS solutions in the small bins measured less than 50ppm, solutions were refilled at the start of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer solution must be manually diluted to adequately sanitize steam wands. All other equipment and utensils can be sanitized using the high temperature dishwasher.

To manually mix a 200ppm QUATS solution: add 34.8mL of sanitizer to 40L of water.

Observation: Cleaning is required in the following areas:
> Back room --> food debris underneath shelving units
> Front serving area --> spilled coffee beans and food debris in undercounter cabinets.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize above mentioned areas as per your sanitation plan. Ensure all hard to reach areas are not forgotten.

Observation: Sanitizer dispense system not adequately dispensing 200ppm QUATS. Test strips did not indicate a solid colour change, presented a "mixed colour" that indicated a concentration ranging from as low as 50ppm to 200ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Contact EcoLab for service immediately. Sanitizer system must be able to dispense 200ppm QUATS solution at all times.

> No signs of pests at time of inspection.

Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report printed and reviewed with store manager on site.
