- True Refrigerator: 2 deg.C
- Babak Refrigerator: 2 deg.C
- Chest freezers:
- right: -20 deg.C
- left: -18 deg.C
- corner: -10 deg.C.
- Hi-Temp dishwasher measured 79.6 deg.C at plate surface.
- Bleach chlorine sanitizer solution had measured greater than 200ppm. Operator adjusted solution so chlorine concentration measured 200ppm. Verified with test strip.
- Rice hot-holding : 64 deg.C.
- Beverage cooler : 4 deg.C.
- Soup hot-holding units measured 47 deg.C and 53 deg.C. Operator indicated their lunch service ends at 3pm, so soup was in process of being cooled and stored in fridge. (Inspection started after 2:30pm)
- Handsink has hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Washroom handsink has hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and hand dryer.
- Overall food storage and organization is satisfactory.
- Adequate hand hygiene practices among staff.

* Discussed COVID-19 Safety Plan with operator. No Safety Plan was available on site. Correction order issued.
