Follow-up to routine inspection #KLIU-C4NTPP Code 306 corrected: - No more spilled flour by dry storage bins. - Floor by tempura station and dishpit area is free of food debris. - Wall by 2 compartment sink appears in much improved sanitary condition. Code 311 remains (see violation) Did not observe any practice of improper cooling. No storage of received foods on the floor. Signature not obtained due to COVID-19. Report emailed to operator after reviewing observations on site.
