-A small amount of mould was starting to accumulate on the ice machine. Clean today.
-Backflow preventer above the 2-compartment sinks is slightly leaking. It will require future repairs.
All coolers were < 4 C.
Coolers equipped with accurate thermometers.
All freezers were < -18 C
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests.
