Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the handsink.

Walk-in-cooler and display coolers were 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder.
Walk-in-freezer was -18 degrees C (0 degrees F) or colder.
Hot-held food was 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) or hotter.
A probe thermometer was available for checking the internal temperature of cooked chicken.
Temperature records were being kept.

Dishwasher final rinse was 74.1 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer (bleach water) was available in the spray bottle.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was also available in another spray bottle.
It was mentioned that the bleach sanitizer is used at the end of the day.
