Corrective Action(s): Repair wall surfaces behind cooking equipment, under and behind dishwash sink, etc. Seal all gaps between surfaces. Paint/seal all bare wood/drywall.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Cleaned utensils not being properly stored. Items are being recontaminated from food debris.)

Re-inspection based on previous inspection report.
- Ensure all food contact surfaces are being washed and disinfected after use or on a timely manner. (ie: tongs/spatulas - every 3-4 hours) All cleaned implements must be stored in a sanitary manner. (ie: clean storage shelving protected from post contamination.) No bare hand contact with cooked, ready to eat food items permitted.
- Wiping cloths, used on food contact surfaces, "must" be stored in a sanitizer. Solution is to be changed routinely.
- Sanitation: Facility cleaning improved. Facility is to be kept clean and organized at all times. All items must be stored in designated areas. Shelving/hard to reach areas must be cleaned routinely. Ceiling tiles and vents are to be kept cleaned routinely.
- Structurally: See "Violation Notes." Correction required asap.
