Discussed: Expiry date/best before date: noted potentially hazardous prepackaged products with different expiry/best before date patterns : ie: noted products with packed on date as April 18 with expiry noted for April 23 and some products noted as packed on April 19 expiry April 22- Provide and submit the process and rational to clarify expiry /best before date for prepackaged potentially hazardous products in deli

- Noted cold running water defrosting methods being used for frozen chicken- noted products without packaging being defrosting directly inside sink- Correction to be done: Do not take products out of package for defrosting under cold running water.

- Provide the latest pest control report.
