Observation: The 2-compartment sinks are not being used currently due to issues with the grease trap. The dishwasher and all hand washing sinks are working.
Corrective Action(s): Provide confirmation that the 2-compartment sinks have been looked at by a plumber and are working within one day.

Comments

-Ceiling tile missing in the women's washroom due to previous leaks. No leaking currently observed. Ensure that the preventative measures take place to prevent future leaks and that the ceiling tile is replaced.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests.
The glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
