One bucket and one small spray bottle of sanitizer (bleach water) measured at over 200 ppm chlorine bleach. Corrective Action(s): Corrected. Poster with directions on preparing bleach water sanitizer was provided at time of inspection. Operator stated he is in the process of obtaining chlorine test strips to verify bleach water sanitizer concentrations (required: 100 to 200 ppm chlorine). Violation Score: 3

Follow up to report MBEK-CURQ32. Bar glasswasher measured 25 ppm iodine sanitizer in rinse residual (required: 12.5 to 25 ppm iodine). Iodine test strips available. Operator stated technician has been contacted to service/adjust the undercounter cooler near the oven as the temperature is variable within. Cooler to remain empty overnight; small amount of food stock during operations (on ice). Operator to provide technician service report or invoice to the Environmental Health Officer upon completion of work. Refer to routine health inspection report for other outstanding violations (cleaning).
