-Follow-up inspection to September 15, 2021. -Cooked foods were properly cooled in the walk-in freezer, followed by transferring to the walk-in cooler. Sauces and cooked foods were at 4C. -Handwash stations were accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. -Prep cooler (far side) was at 4C (top and bottom). -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
