Routine Inspection
Hand sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
Sanitizer spray bottles and buckets readily available with 200 ppm bleach.
Cooler temps operating at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer temps operating at or below -18 degrees C.
Soup was above 60 C. Ensure hot foods are cooled quickly (60 C to 20 C in 2 hours, 20 C to 4 C in 4 hours).
No signs of pests.
Ensure all surfaces are kept in a clean condition.
