Observation: Rodent droppings observed in front garbage area and on bottom shelf of far left shelving unit in front.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize area (use 200ppm Chlorine - 1 tablespoon bleach for 1 gallon water)
Inspect for holes - seal holes if found with non-chewable materials
KEEP BACK DOOR CLOSED - this has been a violation in the past. The mall has rodent infestation. Protect the facility against entry by keeping back door closed at all times.
Door skirt needed on bottom of door as large gap exists.
Clean floor of rice in back area
Clean and organize storage unit. Nothing should be on the floor underneath the storage racks.

1) Discard frozen yogurt that has been stored at temperatures greater than 4 degrees Celsius inside top "hopper" portion
2) Repair frozen yogurt machine such that temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius are maintained
3) Do not serve customers frozen yogurt from machine until such time as CORRECTION ORDER has been rescinded by FRASER HEALTH
4) Please contact Health Department once repairs have been made to frozen yogurt machine for reinspection
